I'm guessing by come you mean like the lubricant/fluid from a womans genitals? Clear or whitish I think is normal, not really yellow though. I think yellow is a sign of a problem, it could be an STD or something as simple as a yeast infection. If its yellow then see a doctor, especially if there are any other symptoms like itching, funny smell, burning or any strange feeling when you urinate (havig to pee a lot, burning sensation, etc).
You should have a doctor check to see what it is, because there are infections that can look and feel like yeast infections but actually need a different medicine to clear them up, like an antibiotic.
Both of those are the normal colors, why did you ask it out of dental? People think its coming from your mouth.

Well you might have some sort of sickness...it could also be that when you smoke (if you do) cause it to stain your teeth and come.

it is supposed to be a milky white color. Sometimes a yellow appearance can mean a few things, either you may have an infection which is most likely, esp if it has a foul smell. Or it could be an STD
How do you associate ';come'; with dental? unless......... You are engaging in Oral Hygiene!
