It depends upon the type of plant. Blue light will result in strong vegetative growth. Red light would be optimal for flowering and fruiting. It would be possible to begin with a blue light and switch to a red light when flowering begins. Ideally, a fluorescent light would reproduce more of the spectrum of natural sunlight. A combination of fluorescent and incandescent bulbs would be best.What color of light is best for plant growth? red, clear, blue or green?
Green, and blue don't have as much frequency that red and clear. but red as the highest frequency an any type of colour. but i would just let the sun to be the light. it gets 12 hour or least of sunlight, and least than 12 hours of dark light, depending if it's daylight savings or not. Black light is the best light to give to the plant, for it to grow faster. also don't forget to water it as well. lol, just messy with you.What color of light is best for plant growth? red, clear, blue or green?
Clear or white. Don't use red. You want a high pressure sodium light. It mimics the sun the best. You could probably pick one up at lowes or home depot. If your growing just one plant you could probably get a 50-150 watt for 50 - 150 clams. The larger the more expensive of course. Without knowing what your growing i can't make anymore recomendations. You can't just put your plant underneath any old light either. It has to be a special grow light like HPS. I've heard that some lcd lights work but i would go with a high pressure sodium.
If youre growing pot use a red light.
I only know this because an exboyfriend of mine had a red light in his bathtub from when he used to sell!

What is the total speed of light? (clearer)?
No question light constant speed of 186,000 miles per/sec. It is the ride-on concept that has not been explored.
Here is another illustration: the head beam of car has range of 2 miles only, no matter what, it can reach 2 miles, though, but LIGHT IS CONSTANT. Suppose the car has traveled straight 100 miles, after 1 hour.. What is distance traveled by the light, riding on the motion of car, after one hour?
Jsaldea12
9.22.09What is the total speed of light? (clearer)?
speed of light= 300000000m/s
so the distance covered by it in 1 hour , ie. 60 seconds is
60*300000000=18000000000mWhat is the total speed of light? (clearer)?
There's no ';concept'; here. You simply don't understand what you are talking about. Individual photons leave the car's headlights at 186,000 miles per second. The two miles is the distance at which the human eye can no longer resolve the spot of light. It has nothing whatsoever with how far or how fast the light travels, and once each photon has left the light, it has no idea what the car is doing. There IS no light ';riding on the motion of the car';. The light's travelling at 186,000 miles per second. It's long gone.
The light which was emitted right at the start of the hour? It's travelled 186,000 * the number of seconds in an hour.
The light which was emitted right at the end of the hour? It's travelled no distance at all. The photons have only just been created.
I'm afraid NASA are ignoring you because you haven't even reached the level of an average 12 year old yet. Please go read a book on this. You are not ready to be trying to invent scientific concepts - you don't have enough knowledge of the basics.
The speed of light, in vacuum, is 2.997925 (+/- 0.0000002) x 10^10 cm/sec
Nearly 300,000 km/h
By relativity the speed of light is constant. It doesn't move any faster because the car is travelling - the light emitted is gone and on its own. The speed of the the car does not add to the speed of the light..
One could argue that the question is meaningless. After all, Force = mass x acceleration where mass is the rest-mass which is defined as the resistance to acceleration. I know it's a circular definition - but that's the best you get. Mass is an intrinsic property of matter. Light is made from photons which are the carrier for the electromagnetic force. Photons have no rest mass.
For something that does have rest-mass:
F = ma (for non relativistic speeds)
a=F/m
m cannot be zero because it makes the equation undefined. Actually, m cannot be close to zero either because for a given force, the acceleration shoots off towards infinity as the mass nears zero. And we know massless photons travel at a constant speed therefore a tiny mass cannot go that fast let alone shoot off to infinite speed. The relativistic force for a mass at high speed must be described as a dynamic equation of momentum:
F = dp/dt
where p is momentum (mass x velocity). ( this is a differential equation )
Working this out will reveal that the force contains two components of acceleration:
one parallel to the direction of travel, and one perpendicular to it.
The eqn looks like this:
F = ~^3ma|| + ~ma_
It's a tough read in these limited symbols:
~ means 'gamma'
^3 means 'cubed'
m = rest-mass of the object
a = acceleration
|| indicates parallel
_ indicates perpendicular
Anyway - the point is, even for a tiny mass at high speed you can find a force and it is meaningful to talk about acceleration. But if m=0 F=0 and in both terms the acceleration could be anything. Again... it's undefined.
Also - gamma ~ is 1/sqrt(1-(v/c)^2)
where c is the speed of light, and v is the velocity that the mass is going. v cannot equal c because division by zero is not allowed. This bolsters the undefinability of 'Force' for a massless particle. v cannot exceed c because sqrt(-ve) is a tough call for real values.
Furthermore, a single photon behaves like a wave. If you try to locate it as a particle, then due to Heisenberg's uncertainty principle the position and momentum cannot be measured simultaneously
delta X . delta P %26gt;= h_bar/2
Where h_bar is a small constant.
This means that the more tightly you measure position, X, the less certain you are about the momentum P. This is a basic property that cannot be violated. To measure distance D traveled you use
D = st
and distance is the difference between two positions, x_1 and x_2.
The more you pin down x_1 and x2, the more uncertain is the momentum P and for a massless thing like a photon you could argue that it takes zero time to travel anywhere. This is nonsense really, so again, the question becomes meaningless.
If you pin down the momentum, then the X_1 and X_2 are very uncertain and the photon is smeared over everywhere. Again, rather hard to swallow and the question becomes meaningless.
Perhaps this is why so many people have so much trouble with the speed of light. It might be better to talk of the 'Einstein speed' or something and state it as a cosmic speed limit. This would free up photons to be photons in their own little (big) world without the burden of forever being compared to things with mass.

I have taken Clear Blue Pregnancy test and it came out positive but looked very light. Am I pregnant?
Probably so, the only way the pregnacy test turns positive is because it checks the urine for the hCG hormone.
If you have a line or plus symbol appears, you are pregnant. It does not matter how faint the line is. All pregnancy tests work by detecting a certain hormone in the urine or blood that is only there when a woman is pregnant. This hormone is called human chorionic gonadotropin (kohr-ee-ON-ihk goh-NAD-uh-TROH-puhn), or hCG. It is also called the pregnancy hormone.
HCG is made when a fertilized egg implants in the uterus. This usually happens about six days after the egg and sperm merge. But studies show that in up to 10 percent of women, implantation does not occur until much later, after the first day of the missed period. The amount of hCG rapidly builds up in your body with each passing day you are pregnant.I have taken Clear Blue Pregnancy test and it came out positive but looked very light. Am I pregnant?
False Positives are very rare. I think you are most likely pregnant. It's possible that you are very early on and there was not alot of HCG in your system. I would either make a Dr's appt. to confirm, or buy another test, I recommend the ClearBlue Easy digital, which will say either pregnant or not pregnant.
Good Luck and congrats.I have taken Clear Blue Pregnancy test and it came out positive but looked very light. Am I pregnant?
Probably. If it shows up even a little bit, it means that you do have hcg in your urine. If you weren't pregnant, you wouldn't have any at all. I would take another one in the morning when it is most strong just to be sure though. If you think you are pregnant, please go to the doctor immediately so he can make sure you are healthy.
I have been pregnant 8 times and what I can tell you is even if its light... as long as there is a line you have the hcg in you ';pee'; so yes you are. If it make you feel better wait 2 days and take another one because your hcg doubles every 2 days. Hope this helps
I had taken one before and it was very light and I was 3 months. Not to say you are but chances are good. You should go to your local health center to make sure. Either way, I hope whatever your answer is its what you want. Good luck!
Most likely you are. False postives are very rare. In order to get a line there has to be some hcg in your urine and that only happens if you are pregnant. But wait a couple of days and take another test. Good Luck!
Even if the line is light, it is still a positive. Means your pregnant!
Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd test in a few days again to see if the line gets darker.
There are no false positives. A positve no matter how light is a positive :) Hope this makes you happy..and congratulations!
yes even if its the line is light when a second line appears its because the pregnancy hormone is is in your body so yes you are pregnant. Congratulations!!!
Yep. Even a light positive is still a positive.
Take another for reassurance if you need it.
Congrats :)
Wait a day or two, then take it again. If still positive go to your md and have him do a test. If the rabbit still dies. Your pregnant.
take a clear blue digital test.. that's much more accurate.. i've heard that a faint positive is a positive but then i've also heard that its not..
Even if it is light then it is a positive.
Congratulations!
It happens to me ALL the time. Just wait and let it happen naturally.

A line is a line no matter how light or dark it is. You're pregnant! If you take another on a few days, the line should get darker. :)
You definitely could be! But remember not to let your tests sit for too long before reading them, as this can result in a false positive!
light or dark. a positive is a positive. congrats!
Definitely (if you read it within specified time). Congrats!
Most likely you are. I would take another test just to be sure. Good Luck!!
Take a Clear Blue Digital test. It simply says Pregnant or Not Pregnant.
Congrats! sounds like your pregnant! The darkness doesn't matter it's still positive!
how dark or light the line is doesn't matter it's still positive - yes you are pregnant
Possibly, you should go to your doctor to confirm.
try different kits or simply goto your prego doctor.
Yep you are pregnant but to ease your mind you could try just taking another test.
Maybe you should go see the doctor to be sure if your are or not.
I agree with everyone else you are pregnant you should go to the Doctor to be sure
youre pregnant:)
Even if it is very faint, it's still there. Yes you are pregnant.
yes you are you dum ***** don't have sex if you don't know what to do
no you just have a dirty vagina.

I can't make a clear distinction between ';light';, ';lighten'; and ';enlighten';. Could you help me??
Ok, do the following sentences whick i made make sense?
1. You can light up your future by hard works.
Please light up the candle, i can't see your face in darkness.
2.You can i lighten our heart by listening to some music.
My mood lightened after i heard of the news.
3.Would you please enlighten me as to this problem?
I am desperate to get the answers, i couldn't even sleep last night. Please help~~~ SOS.........I can't make a clear distinction between ';light';, ';lighten'; and ';enlighten';. Could you help me??
OK:
';Light'; as in 1.: The word ';light'; here means to expose something dark or that you are not able to see. The first example is ';You can light up your future by hard works';. This is an example of a figurative sentence. It can't really happen. In other words, you can't send a real light into the future. But it means you can add a ';brighter'; or more positive outcome to your future by working hard. So it's a poetic sentence. Example two can happen: it means to add light. In this case so you CAN really see.
';Lighten'; 2.: This is also a figurative or poetic sentence. You can' t literally make your heart lighter as in the sense of weighing less, but the idea is that by exposing the ';dark'; part of your heart to the ';light'; of something positive like music your heart can be encouraged out of feeling ';dark';.
';Enlighten'; as in 3: Again, this is a figurative or poetic sentence. A person can't literally be made lighter by someone else. This example is like 2 because what it is asking is ';Mentally I am ';in the dark';, or I can't see a right understanding or direction, so can you share the ';light'; of what you know about this so that I can understand this problem, too?';I can't make a clear distinction between ';light';, ';lighten'; and ';enlighten';. Could you help me??
You got it.
Light - not heavy or a bright source through which people could see
Lighten - to make less heavy
Enlighten - clears the mind/understand
Your sentences are correct by the way.
1. You can light up your future by hard works. (still awkward)
Please light the candle; i can't see your face in darkness.
2.You can lighten our hearts by turning on some music.
My mood lightened after i heard the news.

How do I clear my pass lock security light 2000 Chevy Sil?
security light stays onHow do I clear my pass lock security light 2000 Chevy Sil?
The passlock light is on because of a faulty key lock tumbler and the only permanent fix is to replace the tumbler. A temporary fix is to bypass and reset the passlock security system. Do that by turning the key to the ';on'; position and wait 10 minutes for the security light to stop flashing and then turn the key off for 5 seconds and then start the vehicle.
