i'm really embarassed and scared :(

as the only boy in a home with 3 women, I happen to know a lot about this

a yeast infection is nothing to worry about as most women will experience one in their lifetime; it doesn't matter if you are sexually active, virgins can get them too

causes could be that you are not properly cleaning yourself, you are leaving a tampon in for longer than 8 hours, you are leaving wet or sweaty pants on

flat out tell your mom, it is nothing to be ashamed of, she has probably experienced it

the corner drug store sales a variety of creams and inserts to treat yeast infections

vagisil also sales a vaginal screening kit which identifies differenct types of vaginal infections

i wouldn't go to the doctor unless it doesn't go away or begins to worsen

Well, some symptoms of a yeast infection are burning, discomfort, strange odor (not necessarily unpleasant), itching, painful urination, a cottage cheese-like discharge, and pain during or after sex.

You may have all or just one of these symptoms, either way, a vaginal yeast infection is usually nothing to fret about. Just go tell your doctor (always the best thing to do) and he/she will tell you what to do from there.
Get her checked it could be thrush
