I don't want anything fancy...also how do those energy saving lighbulbs work? is the light from them pretty good?Which lightbulbs provide the brightest and clearest light for home use, on a regular lightbulb holder?
the brightest light would be a halogen bulb but they get very hot so you would need room between the bulb and the cover on the fixture. this is a regular shaped light bulb not a torchre type bulb
