UV treatment and tanning helps a lot however its just a quick fix. its like make-up and does more of a cover-up job than actually rdding you of acne. Your acne will return soon and probably be worse since any form of tan is a burn/skin iritation. It's not worth the skin cancer risk.So does UV light help clear Acne ?
It does, actually. Unfortunately, too much UV can also cause cancer. Then again, too much of anything can cause cancer.So does UV light help clear Acne ?
It's not that UV clears Acne, it's just that when you're dying of skin cancer you tend to forget about having spots.

Yes, but need to be used under medical supervision. It's more usual for long term low dose antibiotics to be prescribed.
i believe so; that's why after having a sunburn, your skin really clears itself up--but those UV rays can be detrimental.
Yup it certainly does and like he said, it causes cancer and possibly worse acne later oh.. and wrinkles..lol so just use a good acne treatment cream/gel my friend..
yes it does. have a few sessions on a sunbed and your spots will dissapear. just don't go on them for to long or u will burn.
I think it drys out the oil, but too much can damage the skin... Take care.
You could try an acne lightbox instead. they use non-uv light.
