What kind of bugs are these? 1mm small, light brown/clear, worm-like?

I found a couple in my bedding last week and disregarded them as there were only 2. I found at least 10 more on me today. I don't have any bites or anything. They're just annoying and I want them out. What are they?What kind of bugs are these? 1mm small, light brown/clear, worm-like?
I did not see a picture, but could they be bed bugs? Only thing is judging by the internet picture they are not wormlike, but they are found in bedding like you described. Have you traveled overseas recently and brought back any foreign bugs/worms possibly? I'm going to say this once: GO TO A DOCTOR PLEASE!!!!! You may have parasites. Either that, or they're maggots. Please go to a doctor for you and everyone around you's sake. I hope that I am wrong, but please go to a doctor! You poor thing, get an appointment as soon as possible.
