Hi, I workout and drink alot of water. My mom didn't by water for 2 weeks. I pee and my pee trued out redish or like brownish. What could it be?My pee is awalys clear and light ?
Eating beets will turn urine reddish.My pee is awalys clear and light ?
Red is internal bleeding....pink is internal bleeding watered down.
Perhaps you have been ingesting more soft drinks than usual. That will turn the urine darker and amber colored.





Urine normally is a pale yellow and clear, like water.
that ur not drinking enough water.





could be blood drink a whole lot more water and see if it clears up

OK if your pee is brown or red then you have a kidney infection or something else wrong and you should see a doctor.
If you drink a lot of water, then your pee is going to be clear and light. Its not a bad thing...its good to drink water.





Redish is unusual...was there blood in it? If so, that seems serious.
