Some women get a light brown discharge right around the time they would be expecting their period. This may be due to the embryo burrowing into the uterine lining, and is called implantation bleeding.
You might also just have gotten a light period because you are stressed-out, or are feeling ill, exercising heavily, or are dieting.
No one can give you a definite on what the reason is, only possibilities. The dreaded answer: take a test. That will tell. What does it mean when you start your period and only get light brownish clear?
Nah, it's just another visit from Aunt Flo, LOL... periods are like colds, it seems you never get one the same way twice. Every month it looks different in color and consistency, and I experience different symptoms in varying degrees every month too. Sometimes my skin will go nuts. Other times I'll scream at my BF for no real reason. Still other times, my cramps will be so bad I won't go to work. It's a body, not a machine- you can't expect it to do the same exact thing every time.
Just sounds like your starting your period.
Yep it could be you are pregnant,
I personally think you are pregnant. I am not a doctor and I do not pretend to be one here. Brown blood is old blood that has made it's way out. I think it is implantation bleeding. The egg implants 7 to 10 days after fertilization. I will be watching this question, please let us know if you are.
it is just old blood from your period nothing to worry about
Stress can easily cause irregularities. Have you been under an unusual amount of stress recently?
Drastic diet and exercise changes can have an effect as well.
Don't freak out because, if it's the stress that's triggering this, it wont make it any better to lose your cool. Just be calm until you have confirmation from a test that there is something to worry about.
If you aren't in fact pregnant, look into going to a gyno, especially if this happens during the next period too. It can be a sign of many things for you to have consistently irregular periods if you're certain it isn't a stress reaction. And look into birth control while you're there to prevent another scare.
