Strange but true.... Woolight does that. It may stain your walls so be careful, but it is a perfect temporary solution. If you just want it to be cool for a party. It's really fun to put in balloons and then blow them up. Have fun!Anyone know what kind of paint shows up clear in regular light but bright in black light?
