Is it okay to apply Clean And Clear Oxygenating Ultra-Light Moisturizer after i apply the pro activ three step system?
this moisturizer is oil free and the reason why i dont wanna get a pro activ moisturizer is becuz it is like 20$ and this Clean and clear one i bought cost 10$ and it has more in it

yes, but oil free moisturizer is seldom helpful, and neutrogena moisturizer is closer to the pro-active formula.
However, using a moisturizer that will soothe your skin after using harsh chemicals in proactive will help your skin much more than either.
One that works for me is aveeno day radiance spf 15. It's really light, won't clear pores, evens and soothes/repairs skin, and lasts a while. It runs at about 15, and it'll feel really nice after washing your face;]
