I filled my brake fluid.how do i clear the abs light on my 2007 ford fusion?

I maintain a number of vehicles with some ABS hardware. You have to be careful when bleeding an ABS brake system, as some differential-pressure warning switches don't like to recenter themselves. If the front and rear brake pressures are in spec, you ought to take the vehicle to a brake specialist, as several issues with sensors, actuators and even the brake controller can knock out the ABS. Your local Ford dealership can do the most thorough diagnostic of any shop for a 2007 model, as most independent shops are just getting up to speed on procedures for first-year-since-redesign models.

My 1994 Ranger, as one example of a tricky-to-service vehicle, has a touchy release valve in the rear brake circuit that is loath to bleed; a special device is needed to lock it out for bleeding.I filled my brake fluid.how do i clear the abs light on my 2007 ford fusion?
b.c.schmerker has no clue what hes talking about on a 94 ranger cause i have one and there is no part that i haven't worked on and you don't need a special tool for the breaks well you might need one if YOU ARE A TOOL like he is i never needed one for my truck and i never will.

Disconnect your battery for ten min. If the light comes back on that was not the problem.
Its under warranty. There is something wrong with the abs system. That has nothing to do with the amount of fluid in the reservoir. There may even be a TSB (technical service bulletin) or recall on it. Get it back to the dealership that you got it from and have them fix it. It's free.
if it's an 07 i'd be back at the dealerhip. theres no reason to have any cel's or abs lights
