Tea tree oil soap.....it takes a while to get rid of it...but once it does, and you keep using it.....it will either rid the body acne entirely or reduce it to just spurts. I have my son use it, even on his face(keep it away from eyes though).....and he's one of the few kids in his class with either no acne of pimples of any kind whatsoever.
most deff it should, as long as clean your face every day, i use Neutrogena on my face every day and it works terrific :]
I don't think Dial will help clear it up. I may be mistaken but I'm sure just the Neutrogena Body Wash will help just fine :)
